Full body freckles and related genetics?

I don't expect this to be made because I'm asking for it, and I have no idea whether something like this is easy to make, but if it's not already out there (and if I'm really just inept at searching google), do you think that there will be some full body freckle skins? I made a sim that I'm more than likely to use during any game I'm playing, and the full face freckle option works for him very well, but it looks all awkward that it's just his face. I'm almost tempted to make an attempt at delving into the world of cc, such as I tried with TS3, but I quickly lost interest in that 'cause of all the junk you needed to have. Meh.

And I've always wondered (and this is the 'related genetics' bit of the title), if the freckles/moles could be made genetic? I looked for it for TS3 but never found anything that would do this.
