    Demotion?

    Once a Sim's reached the top of their career can they get demoted?

      I think they can get demoted at any level of the career track, due to poor performance. They're fired if they miss to many days off at work.

      If they quit their job, when they go to rejoin it again, they also start at a level below what they were
