Request: Police hat

As the name implies, I'd like a police hat with a star on it a lot like the girl in the picture has. I'd prefer it to be unisex but if not possible, can it be made for young adult/adult females? I'd prefer if it could be blue and black colors but if it can be only one color, I'd prefer it be black like in the picture.
