Modern Dutch House

This is my latest house build named 'Modern Dutch House', this is actually a copy of a real house in The Netherlands that belongs to a friend. On the ground floor is a kitchen/dining room. First floor is the living room with access to the balcony and the top floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Modern Dutch House is very nice!

It is very nice and special that you have built it based on the real life home of your friend. Very nice outdoors garden area. It looks very nice how you have placed the plants on the sides of the area and have the flowers placed around the nice water fountain feature in the middle area. Very nice layout of the interior of the levels of the home. The rooms and areas look great! Very nice living room. It looks great how you have placed the sofas and armchairs around the floor rug there, for sims to enjoy sitting resting and watching tv. Very nice bedrooms. Nice layout and furnishing of the bedroom level to set out the bedrooms. Very nice window study desk areas for sims to enjoy looking out at the outdoors views whilst sitting using the computer or reading a book. The wooden flooring through the home looks nice.
It is a great home!
