Games not showing on "My Page"

I downloaded, and added via Origin, World Adventures and Island Paradise. Neither show on my page yet. I tried to download some tents, won't let me, says I do not have the needed expansion packs. I DO! What is the deal? Thanks.

hey @Irrilia are you trying to DL tents from the store? sorry i dont remember any tents.

game registering since you have origin copies is done by origin. the site can be slow at updating the page you can contact customer service, see HELP at the bottom of any page

I think it was just slow. They are showing up now as being registered. Yep, there are tents in the exchange. :) Want them for going to France, not sure if you need one for other places yet, but I know you do in France. ;)

Thank you so much for taking the time to help. I guess I was just impatient. :) Thought after a day they would appear. All is well. ;)

Good luck, I have been waiting for about 5 years for some of my games and content to show and all I was told was that sometimes it wont show that we bought them.

So far all of mine are showing now. 5 years is a bit much tho, can't use some of the content, which sux. :(

My games are not showing on my page either, apart from the one that I bought from Origin (pets). The others I bought from G2a key...It also says invalid when I go to register them. But the games play fine. Could it be because I bought them from G2a and not EA?
