He was tired and i had him woohoo twice. he got some red box that said he was dangerously exhausted and after his woohoo he checked his pulse and fell over dead!! LOL!!

This also happens when you get an elderly to woohoo too much lmao. The game does tell you they are very uncomfortable though.

Same thing happened to a streamer on twitch, his sim was an elder and woohooed with a younger sim townie twice in a row, got up and died. It was hilarious.
