There are cars in the "Outdoor Sculptures" category that you can increase the size of. I've used them myself.

No. You do not need to drive in Sims 4.

yep, i just resized the car model/sculptures to be "life sized". works fine

Oddly enough there's a build/buy category for vehicles in the game code. Perhaps we'll see it in a DLC in some for or another (could simply be a bicycle after all)

Notice how we have cars going around in the neighborhood but don't even have cars that we can buy. :frowning:
