Help! Having issue with Platinum Simmers tutorial on retexturing

So I was following platinum simmers directions step by step unzipping color magic and s4pe with 7zip but I am now having issues when I get to step 2. Her file shows up with a preview on the right pannel of her .package file while I tried using the same file she choose and did everything the same but my right panel gives me this error rather than an image:

so I would just like to know if there were a way to fix this?

It should still work, have you tried it in the game?

Also, make sure you're using the newest version of color magic (5.2 I believe)

Actually I found out my issue was that i didnt extract s4pe with 7zip. My bad :c
