Well it's been a long time coming! I had started this build way back in September and then my building skills just froze and I did not know what direction to go in with it!! So it just set there unfinished and I have another one setting the same way right now! But at least this one finally came together! Simplicity 14 is a very nice home! Very nice exterior of the home! It looks great how you have placed the windows in the build. The water fountain features either side of the front of the home look very nice! Nice sitting area there for sims to enjoy sitting resting on the seat bench there, enjoyin the sunshine. It looks nice how you have placed the hedge fencing on the sides of the home. Very nice furnishing of and layout of the interior of the home! The living room is very nice! It looks very nice how you have placed the cabinets around the edges of the tv created a tv alcove. Sims will enjoy sitting and resting on the black sofas and armchairs there watching tv or having a read of a book. The plants are nice green touches on the coffee table and on the table behind the sofa. The lady bug looks cute on the tv alcove ledge! The coat stand and clock on the wall near the front door are nice home touches. Sims will have fun playing games on the card table. Great study desk nook area for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer. Vety nice design of the kitchen! The curved counter there look great, and the knife set, fruit bowl and condiments on the counters are great kitchen touches there. Very nice corner dining table area. The blinds that you have placed there look nice with the texture of the walls. Very nice furnishing and layout of the bedrooms! The kids room is great! Great study desk nook area in the kids bedroom. Sims will enjoy sitting at the desk reading a book from the bookcase or using the computer. The clothes shelf looks great on the wall, and the green dragon looks cute there! The patterned floor rug adds a great look to the room. Very nice textures that you have used for all the rooms through the home. The double bedrooms are very nice too! Nice sitting and reading areas in them. It looks great how you have placed the bookcases in the bedrooms. Sims will have fun playing chess on the table in one of the bedrooms or enjoy painting on the easel in the art nook. It looks nice how you have placed the pictures on the walls in the bedrooms for sims to enjoy seeing whilst laying in bed or sitting resting on the seats. Great study desk area. Nice upper landing sitting nook corner. Very nice outdoors living and pool area! Sims will enjoy swiiming in the pool, or relaxing poolside on the chairs there, enjoying watching tv in front of the fireplace. The bar counter area is great! Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar. It looks very nice how you have done the water fountain features either side of the pool. The turtle patterns look great how you have placed them on the ground there. The lights on the fireplace wall look very nice how you have placed them there.

Bree this is awesome! Love the colours and textures for the exterior! Great location too! Loving the interiors. Lovely colour combo. The kitchen and living area is my favourite. The pool with the bar and fireplace is simply gorgeous! Well done!

@yanti68 Thank You very much dear!! I also fell in love with the outside fireplace, bar, and pool area! I couldn't get the fire place to work just right indoors so I tried it there! So glad I did cause it set of the bar, pool and grill really well. Thank You again sweetie!!

Among of your creations, my favorite lot so far is your Craftman Starter. I like that wooden feel in your architecture, even your interiors, with brownish feel as well. And great price too!
