Deer Road 56 is a very nice home. Nice upper balcony for sims to enjoy sitting out on the seat there and enjoy the nice views. The plant is nice for sims to see when sitting there. Sims will also enjoy sitting on the front porch seat too. The sloped roof looks great! The front steps entranceway with the glass gate looks nice. It looks very nice how you have placed the plants on the edges of the home. Nice furnishing of the interior! Great design of the kitchen! The pans on the kitchen wall, and the mugs rack and condiments item looks homely. Great kitchen wall tiling. Nice window dining area. Sims will enjoy the sunlight coming in through the curtained windows whilst enjoying eating their cooked meal. Nice texture of the living and dining room walls. Nice living area for sims to enjoy sitting resting in front of the fireplace reading a book from the bookcase in the book alcove area. Nice wall and floor tiling in the bathroom. The hanging robes on the bathroom wall are great touches. Great art and gym nook area for sims to enjoy painting on the easel and keeping fit by using the gym equipment. Great layout of the bedrooms. The study desk alcove areas are great. Sims will like using the computers at the tables there. Child sims will have fun doing artwork at the art table. The colours of the bedroom curtains look nice with the colours that you have used for the rest of the rooms. The butterfly print in the other bathroom looks nice.
It is a great home!

Deer Road 17 is a great starter home The texture of the exterior is great. Great back patio area for sims to enjoy sitting outdoors on the seat in the outside air as well as enjoy growing plants in the gardening pot. The pattern on the dining room wall looks great and nice wooden texture of the living room. Sims will enjoy painting on the easel in the living room or sit resting on the sofa watching tv. It is a great home for sims to start their sims life in.

You have designed a great starter home for such a small amount of money! Deer road 10 is great! The layout of the interior is great and nice texture of the exterior. It is a small amount of money to buy the house and the way you have furnished looks very nice! Great bar stool counter and nice bed alcove area. It is great that you have an easel there for sims to enjoy painting on and to sell their paintings for money to add on to the home. Nice wall tiling in the bathroom. The pots and pans decor in the kitchen looks homely.

Your Starter home is nice Great layout and furnishing of the living and dining room. The blue colour of the walls looks nice. Nice corner sitting nook. Sims will enjoy sitting there reading a book from the bookcase and having a chat, enjoying the sunlight coming in through the window. It looks nice how you have placed a plant between the chairs. The candles and tissue box on the coffee table are nice homely touches there. Sims will like doing wood crafting on the woodwork table. Great corner dining area for sims to enjoy eating a meal at. The design of the kitchen is nice. It looks nice how you have placed the kitchen windows, so as sims can enjoy looking out through the windows whilst cooking meals. The wall tiling looks nice in the bathroom. Nice texture of the bedroom walls. It looks great that you have placed a jackalope on the dresser, for sims to see whilst laying in bed. It looks great that you have a full length mirror in the corner for sims to check their appearance in.
It is a very nice starter home

Deer Road 25 is a great family home! The brickwork and siding textures of the exterior look nice together. It looks nice how you have placed the windows in the build. The plants and flowers look nice how you have placed them on the edges of the home. Very nice upper balcony! Sims will enjoy sitting on the seat bench there looking out at the views. It looks nice how you have placed the plants there. Nice furnishing of the interior of the home. The black tiling in the bathrooms looks nice, and the leafy picture and hanging robes are nice touches on the wall. Very nice sunken living room! Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofas there watching tv. The texture of the walls there looks nice. It looks nice how you have placed the cabinets in the kitchen. Nice reading and art nook room. Sims will enjoy painting on the easel there, or enjoy sitting on the armchairs having a read of a book from the bookcase. Nice study desk corner for sims to sit on the stool and have a read of a book there too. Very nice upstairs study room! It looks very nice how you have placed the counters! The wall pattern looks nice. The pictures on the wall are nice and suit the type of room. The photos frames on the wall shelves are nice homely touches there. Sims will enjoy sitting at the desk using the computer. Very nice bedrooms! It looks very nice how you have placed the cabinets around the bed head in the master bedroom! The colour schemes of the bedrooms look nice. It looks very nice how you have placed the bookcases at the ends of the single bed and the curtains there look nice how you have placed them.

Deer Road 79 is a very nice family home Nice texture of the exterior of the home. The wraparound porch is very nice! Nice paving that you have used for the porch. Sims will enjoy cooking on the bbq and eating their meals at the picnic table in the outdoors air. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home. The open plan layout of the living and diming room areas looks nice. The flooring is nice. It looks nice how you have placed the sofas in the living room area. Sims will enjoy sitting there reading and watching tv together , whilst warming up in front of the fire. The tv and fireplace alcove is great! The scenic picture on the dining room wall is nice for sims to see whilst eating their meals. The clothes shelf beside the front door looks homely there. Very nice design of the kitchen! It looks very nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets! The island bar stool counter is great for sims to enjoy sitting at and eating their meals. Very nice light filled art studio! Sims will enjoy painting on the easel whilst looking out through the windows at the outdoors views. It looks nice that you have placed a variety of nice pictures on the walls for sims to see whilst painting there. The upper balcony railing looks very nice. The plants on the balcony are nice touches there. The bedrooms are nice. It looks nice how you have a corner of windows in the master bedroom. The teddy is cute in the corner of the kids bedroom!

Blue Rose Cottage is very nice The design of the exterior and the texture looks nice. The flower box windows are pretty! It looks very nice how you have placed the flowers and rocks in the corner nook at the front edge of the home. The type of fencing and gates that you have used looks nice, and the lavender plants along the front edge of the fencing looks nice and suits the cottage theme well. Nice backyard pool area. Sims will have fun swimming in the pool. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home. The blue colour scheme of the home is nice. Nice fireplace sitting area in the living room. It looks great how you have done the fireplace and tv alcove! The type of sofa and arnchairs that you have placed there look nice. Sims will enjoy sitting resting there watching tv and reading a book. The mountain scene picture on the wall is calming for sims to see when sitting there. The tissue box is a nice home touch. The blue and white colour scheme of the kitchen is very nice! Very nice design of the kitchen! It looks very nice how you have placed the white cabinets there! Great fridge nook. The fruit bowl, teaset, knife set and mugs rack on the counters are nice homely touches there. The produce cartons/crates look great on the corner floor. Very nice dining room! The pictures on the walls are nice for sims to see whilst dining there, and the type of dining seats that you have used is nice. The display cabinets in the corners and the eggs basket on the side wall table add nice touches to the room. Sims will enjoy playing chess in the games room with the sunlight coming in through the window beside them. The penguin pattern on the wall in the kids room is cute!
Valentina's is a very nice home too. The red colour scheme of the interior and the exterior looks nice! The brickwork exterior texture looks great and the red windows look nice on the brickwork.Nice furnishing of the interior of the home. Very nice living room. The red pattern on the living room walls looks nice. It looks very nice how you have placed the cabinets in the kitchen of this home too. Nice side wall dining area.
