Where is Chuck? Gladys? HALF of the sims in the promo

After being away on vacation and returning to finally play this bloomed out game, WHY IS HALF THE SIMS FEATURED IN PROMOS MISSING?!?! Why show them off?!
Where the hell is Ned?! Instead I'm seeing ugly randoms such as 'Roomies'!


I can already tell this isn't going to end well at all!

Maxis has them on the gallery. There's even a specific tab in the search that shows Maxis made sims.

I thought that was for sims that Maxis liked. Looks like I'll have to get searching. Thanks!

I tried to look for Maxis Made sims the other day and that was totally stuffed up with creations they 'like', I gave up after having to load many pages of other people's things. They should have a Maxis made and a Featured, if that is what they intend to do - it's far too messy this way.
