Thanks for picking this up! I will work on finding some pictures today, if I have time (got a pretty busy day) or tomorrow. As far as skill equipment, I definitely need an easel and probably a chess board. Yes, I do have all of those sets. I own the majority of the store, so go ahead and use whatever. If I don't have it, that will give me a reason to get it.

now as you can see there aint much land left for garden or other needs on your choosen lot size 20-30.
Q1; would you like me to move it up to a 30-30 lot ?
@calmorezoo I was getting ready to download and I noticed something on the picture that I wanted to ask about. Is that a tree from Lunar Lakes in the yard? Or is it from ITF? I just wanted to make sure I have everything installed in my game before I check it out.

Ive kept the sims3 store items to the minimum. Hope thats ok ?
I descided to create 2 different lots to suite each world. both are a 30/20 lot
heres some pictures of the extrior view of the lots
River View = The Watering Hole
Store content = croon to me mic stand... Fit as a fiddle violin... george and Harriet pic ... jazz me up photo series... Eccentric antler art... haute hecienda dinning hat... string of inspiration... Fraud Laug... up against the wall... Pastoral reflections mirror... One with earth garden gazebo.
Sunset Valley = Lily's Tavern
Store content = croon to me mic stand... Fit as a fiddle violin... murano retro ripe fruit bowl... big cheese coat rack.

yes still have the e-mail and will get the link to you after class this afternoon. When you get eagle harbor you will see the team builds already in that area, so just use those as an example and just have fun with the build
