Looking for a Cow Plant to milk?? I gots the secret ;)

Okay.. so because I'm a "newbie" member I cannot post links, but if you go onto Carls-Sims-4-Gardening-Guide he will explain that "Cow Plant Berry - Found while Fishing at the glimmering stream with a cave in Oasis Springs' Big Park. You can also get a Cowplant by using Take Cutting from a Snapdragon and Grafting it onto Dragonfruit."
My sim was about average level fisherman and gardener. I took him to Oasis Spring's Big Park--due north, to an area that looks like it shouldn't allow fishing but if you look closely enough you'll notice a fisherman's post. I had him throw a couple non-baited lines, and in about 3 minutes I had my first cow plant berry :) Went home to plant it, aaaannnndd... well that thing takes forever to grow but still, I have a cow plant. Tried it on a completely separate family and achieved the same results, though it took much longer without proficiency in fishing.
