    What the heck!? One family. 7 kids. All girls.

    Anyone else had this happen? Is it just my luck, or do you think it's glitchy?

    I had a daughter from that family get married and have two kids......Both girls as well. :-/

      Is there a way to change gender of the baby when pregnant, or is it all random?

      So far I have had only daughters. I have had 2 pregnancies, both girls.

      I've read other threads wherein people are reporting the same problem. It would seem the randomizer isn't being so random.

      When I first read this title I was afraid of what I'd find when I clicked on it but I'm glad it's still rated G. I don't spose the apple/watermelon trick still works?

      Perhaps it works like sims 3? I know you had to eat a ton of apples before the trimester began, to get a boy?

      My first pregnancy was a boy, my second was a boy and a girl, so far it seems like I'm getting a pretty good mix!

      I've had three boys and all townies with children getting randomly added to the "non-played households" have boy children....ugh!

      Someone posted earlier than all 16 pregnancies in her game resulted in girls. Yet another bug or glitch?

      I do not know if eating certain things affects the gender like in TS3....She hasn't been eating too much of any single thing...so I don't know if that's the cause.

      At least I don't seem to be alone. She is pregnant one last time....going to see what we get! lol :)

      My sims have had three boys so far. But they also have two apple trees out front. lol I'm not worried. This will be fun.

      I know we have apples, but do we have watermelon in Sims 4? I've only played Willow Creek and haven't seen any thus far. But even if we do, I doubt they would have coded it the same as Sims 3. Sims 4 is an entirely new game as they keep telling us.

      This reminds me of TS3. I would used to always get boys, instead of girls, and it was super annoying.

      My sim had a boy..I don't know yet if this glitch will happen to me. hoping not!! I wish there was a way to determine the gender.

      She has an apple tree, a plantain tree, spinach and carrots.

      A few of the daughters were born before she had any of those though.....

      I've played multiple families to test this out and they've all had boys. 8 pregnancies so far.
