    says i am offline on bottom of screen but i am online in origin

    in PC - Technical Discussions
    on bottom or main screen it says I am offline and to click to go online to access the gallery. I am online in origin and I am able to access the gallery upload and downloaded sims.

    when I clicked it to go online it froze.

      sorry to hear restart game but log in to origin before hand and see if that helps

      i am logged in i even tried going offline in origin then going online. well the game works it could be a glitch with ea.

      I'm still having this problem.... haven't been able to access the gallery once. I've set my firewall to allow the game through, then completely disabled the firewall, then uninstalled and re-installed origin. My internet connection is fine, and my machine is more than adequate for this game. I'm at a loss as to why I still cant access the gallery at all.... I've tried everything. Has anybody figured this out?

      i would contact ea about this and you did make sure that you are online in origin?

      Yes I am online in origin, and made sure that "online access" was enabled in my game. So frustrating!
