How to we manage/install/uninstall content?

I started up the game last night and I had to click through all the bonus items that came with my pre-order. Also, all of the lamps with the various moods. Made me wonder, is there a way to control what DLC content is installed? With Sims 3, we could uninstall content via the launcher. I don't think I want all those lamps taking up space in my game. Any ideas are appreciated.
