How do I t.ilt the camera?

How do I t.ilt the camera up and down like in sims 3? I'm sure I'm just missing something, but for the life of me I can't figure it out and its driving me insane. Thanks in advance.

Go into Game Options > Controls & Cameras and select The Sims 3 Camera. That enables t.ilt and a more familiar camera control style.

How do I tilt? I have the TS3 camera settings enabled and I cannot find the tilt option. Where is it located at?

Same, I cannot find the tilt bit and would love to use it. Although I'm sure I can manage without it after a little bit of getting used to it. Loving the game though.

i have been using the middle mouse button to tilt and it seems to work

This is something that was somewhat hidden if you didn't pay any attention to the tutorial like myself
I don't like the other camera.. it's very limited.

Tilt seemed to work for me while playing, but not in build mode.

This. I cannot bring enough attention to this option. I've been playing The Sims like this for years so, out of habit, I tried it when I loaded TS4 and (after enabling the TS3 style camera) this is what I use all the time. It makes it so much easier to get the right angle for viewing your sims as well as for screenshots and the like.
