I found out (listening to NPR) that this musical toilet idea is an actual thing. Really big in Japan. Who would have thought? Maybe I can get into the musical toilet business.
We are just heading into #922 - Bargain Lamp.
The toilet will be up again in 2 hours. There are a lot of yellow and red items in the next 36 hours. There are a few white items (only appear once on the list) that may take CYS down for some sets, but really, not much worth getting excited about in my opinion. The exciting deals mostly appear on Saturday.

@jbsquared2000, thank you! High school goes by so quickly! Our baby starts high school next year, it's so hard to believe. Seems like just yesterday I was taking him to kindergarten! Our middle is halfway through, I'm sure the next two years will go by much too quickly!
As for the cat, I completely get that, we have 3 boxers, our cat hates them with a passion! It doesn't help that the youngest of the three (my previous pic) loves her . He can't understand why she doesn't want to play. Jelly is 12, so she sleeps a lot. We can't figure out why that particular position is comfortable, but it seems to be a favorite of hers. The sleeve in the right corner of the picture is me, She either sleeps behind me, or on me!

@gnlovew, here's what I explained - error 12 is annoying, but it's all because of memory issues, so there are some work arounds you can try (ways to clear your memory, so that you can save the game).
Error 12 is a memory issue. If you're on a mac, clearing your computer's memory is fairly simple, it's a process called Sudo Purge (I can explain more if anyone needs instructions). On a PC, it's a little more difficult, but still possible to do. Here's a WikiHow post that lists a few steps to try. The problem is that while you may have plenty of RAM on your computer, Sims 3 is limited in what it can use. I have found that clearing the RAM and then resaving will usually work when I get Error 12.

If I remember right, Sims 3 can only use 4 gb ram anyway, no matter how much ram you actually have on your computer - that's a good part of the problem. If you are getting Error 12 frequently, set a reminder to always clear your ram before you save the game and see if that makes a difference (it hopefully should).

The reason I've been preoccupied is that I finally convinced daughter # 3 to get TS3 and I've been helping her get her game set up with all the add-ons she got with it. She has graciously allowed me access to her account so I could set up her Wishlist and that has taken quite a bit of time. If any of you are feeling generous, her user name is lbird2002 and if you feel so inclined, you can send her friend requests on the other site. ( I am a tech-illiterate and do NOT know how to post links so ... )
