Hi guys! Once again I turn to you for wisdom and advice. There are a couple of things I am considering buying on this week’s sale, but I am hesitant:
Firstly there is the Fifth Avenue Fashions witch I own 29% off, brining me down to 605 simpoints. I still think it is expensive, but is the set even going to turn up again on DD?
And also, the Movie screen is pretty cheap this week. Do you like it? Is it worth it(169 simpoints)?

No, unfortunately it wont show up on DD as this is the very last list and its not in it. So the Sale page is your only chance on this one. Yes, its still pretty spendy, and if I hadn't just spent a couple hundred simpoints on MMAO deals tonight I would have bought it. But it seemed tonight was the night for 41+ % deals and I just had to snag them.
I would suggest getting it if you can, though don't rush your decision, you have all week to decide on it. Hopefully I can get my points back up as I am down to only 285sp as my deal on the set. <was hoping MMAO would provide a couple extra pieces but instead it gave me some great deals on single items!> So hopefully MMAO will be as good to you and help you knock the price down a bit on it before you make your decision.
Anyone else getting annoying black / orange ad that asks for your date of birth and gender, then says "we are sorry this offer is not available at this time"?
I've tried different years and genders, keep getting not available. And the plum ad will come up 4 or 5 times before it lets the real ads through.
I haven't seen those, but it would make me mighty unhappy to get an ad where I had to put in personal info. :disagree:

Agreed as this is how I got my Up the Ante Compilation. Plus, the casino at 65% off is a great deal! I am very happy I got it on the very first run of the list.

Zorro my parrot has a pedicure (a.k.a. nail trim) this morning at the vet's. Once his talons start to leave welts in my shoulder and neck it is time to have them use the dremel tool. It would be so much cheaper if he would let me use the nail file here at home, but he demands only the best professional pedicure...

Haha! Isn't it fun clipping the nails of pets? I have to do my two kitties today. Fortunately, these two are much easier than my previous cats, and they're a dream compared to my sister's cats! As long as one person hold her and the other person does her claws, both of them are very docile and cooperative. But if one person tries to do it by herself, neither of them will cooperate at all! They just want the extra attention, I think. Or maybe it's just a matter of principle for them.

Oooh Zorro is high maintenance but I bet you will feel much better without those welts. Uggghh I need to do Minnie's nails and she is not one of those cute wee bunnies that you can just flip over and go for it, she is a big vicious bunny that wont allow anyone to handle her except me and doing her nails requires the speed and agility of a gymnast and a tetanus shot. If you have never been attacked by a mad bunny let me assure you it hurts.

Looking at the dd list and whats next set is coming up that I don't own, Boho Vintage Women's Collection and Hewnsman Dining Room set. I probably will have to pass on boho set since it is way to much, but I should have enought to get the hewnsman dining room.
