I haven't tried it... but I assume u'd have to edit the alpha channel. That is... if the alpha exports/imports with the texture. Anyone else got ideas?
You can just delete the pixels. However, if there are bump-mapped seams/hems/edges... those will stay. Not sure about those gloves, try and see.
And not sure if anybody's had any success editing the bump map... might be possible to fix that way, but I'm guessing it's not straightforward, because I see a lot of CC that removes fabric that leaves the seams etc. Haven't tried it myself.
You can definitely edit the gloves pretty successfully. Try whiting out the 'specular' map if you want to remove small, possibly normal mapped details. You can see some fingerless gloves in this Kate Bishop Sim I'm still working on:

myremylar: this is exacly what i need! but how do i whiten out the specular map? im very new at creating cc. culd u make a tuturial on how tho make these gloves

It's not that complicated.
Generally there are two large dds textures in each package, one colourful one which is the main texture and another one which usually has a few bits of greyish/whitish stuff visible in s4pe. The second one is what I'm currently calling the specular map but I don't think anyone understands exactly how it's used in the final rendering process.
So by 'whiting out the specular map' I just mean that I:
a) export the 'specular map' dds file. b) open it up in GIMP. c) fill up the whole texture with pure white and save it again. d) sort out the mips and texture format (DXT5/BC3). e) import it again into s4pe. f) save the package.
To finish making parts of the gloves transparent you'll also need to delete or alpha out those parts in the main texture too. In GIMP you can just use the eraser tool or select parts of the texture with the selection tools and press delete.
i dit wat u said but i get a naked sim, i only want to make the gloves transparent like u did in the pick and add my own gloves on top, like how u can add a logo on a t-shirt

I think the 'naked sim problem' is usually caused by a texture being exported badly. Have you managed to get any of your custom textures working in the CAS yet?
Well I can only suggest following one of the custom content tutorials for general CC creation problems. Without more detail of what you are doing it's hard to know exactly where you are going wrong.
I uploaded the gloves I made for my Kate Bishop sim so you can see what it looks like in a working mod package:
