To change your profile picture. Click on your user name which will take you to your wall. Then click on the symbol on the top right hand side of the page. Click preferences. Then on the left hand side of the page there is an option to change your profile picture.

Welcome to the forums!
When you are a full member and can start new threads, you could start a new thread in the Sims 4 Ideas Corner section of the forums and post your ideas there .

The number of points and posts needed to become a full member has changed since this thread was started.
You now need to have 25points and 15 posts before you can become a full member and can then change your profile picture , post pictures, have a signature, start new threads, edit posts , post links that show up correctly, and have quotes appear in grey boxes This thread explains about it.

New members are unable to start new threads until they become full members. You receive a point each time another simmer presses like or awesome or insightful on a post that you have posted in a thread created by another simmer.

You will be able to start a new thread when you become a full member.

You can still enter contests that need pictures.
Because you aren't a member yet, you can't post pictures that appear , but you can upload your picture to a photo sharing site such as imgur , then right click the picture on the photo sharing site and copy/paste the image address link in the thread. Simmers can then post the picture for you .You will need though to replace the http in the address of the images with h.t.t.p as you are a new member and can’t post links.

I have a question and I know as a new member I can't make my own topic yet, so I hope I'm asking in the right place... Is there any way I can change my username evssims into EvsSims? I created it thinking using caps wouldn't matter, but now that I've been looking around more I noticed that you can have usernames with caps in them... Is there anything I or a mod could do about my username? Thank you so much in advance!

If you would like to change your forums username, you can post a request to change the name on the activities wall of either Ea_Mai or EA_Rtas
