Tattoos placement question (for customs)

Does anyone think it'd be possible with editing to alter where we can put tattoos? I have a friend with a really nice, meaningful tattoo and it's on her shoulder like... not the shoulderblade but kinda covering the shoulder more, and would love to make her her tattoo in the game for her simself.

Yup. Tattoos in TS4 work differently from those in TS3. Every CAS texture including tats covers the whole body; you can paint on any part of the body starting with any CAS Part texture. You could start with an eyebrow texture and paint on the feet, for instance. The male body hair mod that's been quite popular was made from a clone of a tattoo.

So yeah... not a problem at all

This is the shoulder tattoo I'd love to figure a good way to get this in the game for her (and possibly her other two, though this one is my favorite one.
