Sims 4 CAS demo no sound

When i go to play there is no sound and it is on and when i do other things like listen to music it works so its not the computer. I mean like voices wont work or music, everything else works fine but I really need sound!

Click the three dots in the top right hand corner, select game options > audio and make sure the volume is turned up for all settings as you please. Maybe this will help
