    Adil and Justin are sure to love this new office and home you’ve made for them. You’ve created a unique modern exterior and I like that you have given them a separate entrance for their home apartment. The orange couches in the waiting area bring some bright color to the space. The front desk looks very sleek and professional. The conference room is very well done. Adding a podium, TV, and chalkboard will give them plenty of tools to win any case. The continued use of green and orange colors and modern in their personal apartment is a good idea for continuity. Good choices of furniture to keep the modern professional theme going all throughout!

    Suggestions: Some floor tiles and wallpapers in areas like the bathroom and kitchen were a little contrasting. Keeping it simple or matching patterns will help bring the space together and add to the modern theme. Also, adding some upper cabinets in the kitchen areas will help give a more finished look.

    Small Country Home has such a charming exterior. I like that you have given them less electronics to go with their simple lifestyle. Lovely living room with a nice warm fireplace and large windows to watch outside. The kitchen carries on the country style well.The house is small but the perfect size for the two of them. The fire pit in the back next to the pond/pool looks like a nice place to relax, stay warm and enjoy the weather. The entire house carries the simple country theme well!

    Suggestions: Extending the eaves of the roof out just slightly will help give it a more realistic look and keep the weather off the walls and windows some. Does the living room double as the sunroom? If so, maybe add another window or two or a nice skylight to let in even more sunlight.

    @AfterMidnight
    Yml0K6X.png
    New Nest looks wonderful. The stone exterior looks nice with the wooden contrasts. The covered side porch will be nice for staying outside even if it starts raining. The front entry is bright and airy. The country kitchen cabinets look nice in the new kitchen. The living room is simple but still comfortable. I like the continued use of wood and stone in the sunroom. The master bedroom looks relaxing while continuing the country style. Good job fitting a few hobbies into the spare bedroom. The Nestlehuts will appreciate the private yard with less yardwork to do.

    Suggestions: Not much to suggest, maybe just a few decorations here or there since the Nestlehuts are downsizing they may have more things to move in.

    @JosieAnglin
    93m4Y0E.png
    Robin will have the best view from her new house. The exterior of the home gives off a modern farmhouse feel. The entryway and living room are spacious and the pops of yellow in the flowers and art are a nice touch. Murphy bed in the spare room is a nice way to save space. The green and yellow in the country kitchen look nice together.

    Suggestions: The exterior yard looked a little bare, you could try using debug items like plants and trees to fill the space for free and save money for the sunroom next time. Your slideshow was a little hard to follow, feel free to leave descriptions for us under the picture so we know what to look at and you can point out things you like the most so we don't miss them.

    @MaryKup

    The Nestlehuts will have everything they need in their new retirement home. The living room will be nice for watching movies with the grandkids. Nice size kitchen with some bar stools for extra seating or a quick meal. The guest room looks nice, the blues in the bed match the blue on the knitting board. The back porch will be nice for everyday use. They can garden with the little plots you gave them and immediately harvest some items and pop them on the grill.

    Suggestions: Don’t forget to check the brief for a list of wants, sunroom was on the list of wants for this house

    @KitelDesigns
    Hx9qRkZ.png
    What a lovely exterior to the Nestlehuts’ new home. The wraparound covered porch is a good idea for enjoying the day in the shade. The yard will be used a lot with the gardening plots, and woodworking station. The wood tones and navy blue used inside the house look good together. Pantry and laundry area are a nice use of space. The windows in the main bedroom help open the space up and make it brighter.

    Suggestions: Some windows have curtains and some do not, if in the same room I feel that they should all be the same either with or without so it matches a little more. The sun room seemed a little dark, maybe some bright decorations or a sunroof to let in more light

    Justin and Adil’s Office/loft combo is very well done! The modern exterior is very creative and adding the solar panels and the skylight are nice extras. The fountains on the property are a wonderful feature as well. The interior of the office has a nice design to it; everything flows together well and is easily accessible. Great idea to add the kitchenette to the conference room. Your color choices work well together, they are bold enough but at the same time not too much. The home looks great as well! The bold colors and dark woods work nicely together. It is very nice the way you have separated the living room from the kitchen with the shelves and I love the way you have placed the garbage can in the kitchen. You have given the couple a very nice home!

    Suggestions: Although it is a loft, I think the couple may get tired of climbing a ladder to get to bed every evening. Having a stair might have been a nice feature for them.

    @MaryKup
    j7bVc2q.png
    The home and office that you have made for Justin and Adil looks very nice! The windows and wall coverings that you have chosen for the exterior give the space a nice modern look. It is great that you have added parking for the clients and the friendly gnome was a nice touch as well. The office is designed nicely. The reception area looks warm and welcoming and it is great that you have added lots of storage for files. The colors that you have chosen for the office work well together and the artwork adds such a nice touch. You have given both Justin and Adil nice spacious offices to enjoy. The upstairs apartment has a nice layout and the color scheme looks bright and cheery. It is nice that you even gave them a laundry room as well. The couple is sure to enjoy their new home!

    Suggestions: I would have liked to see a little bit more landscaping. Perhaps a patio or lounging area in the yard or maybe even a fence.

    @KitelDesigns
    y3iBTZd.png
    What a beautiful brownstone home office you have made for Justin and Adil! The exterior of the building is very well done. Using the brick wall coverings and the large black windows make the building look very classy. Your office space on the interior looks stunning with the large book cases, artwork, and the plants nicely placed throughout. The hardwood floors and wood paneling on the walls really suit the build so well. The living area has a nice layout to it and the brick walls work well with the home. Great idea to use some of the extra space to rent! Justin and Adil should be very happy to live here!

    Suggestions: Overall you your build was nicely done, it just seemed to lack the bold colors that Justin and Adil requested. I also noticed that there was no railing in the hall.

    @pammiechick
    PVGe85w.png
    Your trendy brownstone home looks wonderful! The details you have added to decorate the exterior of the building add so much, and the yard is landscaped beautifully as well. The interior of the office looks very classy and it is nice to see the rich wood walls used with the red and yellows to give the office space some brightness. Making each office unique gives each office such personality. On the upper levels, you have designed a very nice living area. You were able to give the couple so much space to enjoy. I like that you have added more of an industrial feel to the couple’s home. The wood walls and artwork look very nice and the bar with garage door art is a great idea! You have added so many nice touches to this home and office. The couple will be pleased to live here!

    Suggestions:The one thing I would suggest is adding a room around the stair to the roof to protect the home from the elements.

Nicely done!

    The reception area that you have designed for Justin and Adil looks beautiful! The bright blue that you have chosen meets the bright color criteria and yet it is not too bold that clients will feel uncomfortable in the room. The logo on the wall looks great and the little touches, such as the magazine rack and Kleenex box, add such a nice touch to the room.

    Suggestions: Overall it looks fantastic! One thing I would suggest is removing the fence and making the counter a corner piece to fit up against the gate.

    This house looks super cute now with the new siding and landscaping. Good use of terrain paint for the sidewalk and shrubs. The entry room has everything the family might need on their way out the door. The study is a nice spot for kids to do their homework distraction free. The basement is a good spot for sims to enjoy some hobbies and get their skills up. Curtains near the bathtub in the master bath help make the space luxurious. Everyone will love having their own bathrooms.

    Suggestions: The glass roof over the stairs to the bathroom looks a little out of place, surround it with a solid roof on either side or just making it a solid roof will help the awkward look.

    @tunafishfish
    nJ62f2P.jpg
    A new exterior color and some colorful flowers for a little pop and the house looks good as new. The porch is very inviting and has a nice view of the neighborhood. Giving a backstory to the house is a nice touch, like the collection of souvenir furniture in the formal living room. The dining room is more formal while keeping the traditional feel. The kitchen being the hub of the house is a good idea for functionality of the home. The laundry room is adorable. Good use of space throughout the house like the upstairs landing and the guest/craft room.

    Suggestions: The entire house had a nice traditional feel but then the downstairs bathroom was way more modern, it didn’t quite fit the house, and the downstairs hallway seemed a little bare, a simple rug or a piece of art will help it not feel so empty.

    @AfterMidnight
    2sufBTy.png
    You have totally transformed the exterior into a newer more modern home. The extensions on the side add much more space and the new roof helps add to the modern theme. The placing of the rocks and shrubs around the base look so natural. The colors in the living/dining room go along well with the minimalistic modern theme. The backsplash in the kitchen matches everything well. The entertaining space downstairs gives off a fun feel, good space to have fun with the family. The home theater is a great surprise as well as the new sunroom. Lovely new back deck with wonderful views.

    Suggestions: The house felt so put together that the bedrooms seemed a little mismatched. Decorating for a specific age but keeping the color tones light and more simple would help match the room with the rest of the house.

    @pammiechick
    vZOTDrD.png
    You’ve done a wonderful job renovating this house. The change in exterior wallpaper gives it a rustic country feel and the red roof matches well with the browns of the windows and door. Good use of space in the yard, there is something for everyone to do. The main floor seems bigger and brighter with the new open concept. I like the stove/oven in the middle of the kitchen island. The color scheme in the master bedroom gives it a relaxing feel. Lots of space throughout for the family to grow. The matching bathrooms to their bedrooms is a good idea. The laundry room and home office have a nice rustic feel as well.

    Suggestions: The country theme looked cute, however some decor items and furniture in some rooms seemed to be a little more modern, keeping the same theme throughout an entire build will help it feel more complete.

    @MaryKup
    urrW47F.jpg
    The new blue exterior is a nice change to the home. The new driveway looks nice lined with flowers. The layout and landscaping in the backyard look wonderful. Nice bright colors with the flowers make it a nice place to spend the day. Good job fitting in a garage with all the other basement rooms. The TV/rec room has a nice modern feel with plenty of things to do but still spacious and not cramped. The backsplash in the kitchen matches the cabinets well. I like the continued use of blue throughout the house. The master bedroom looks lovely, a nice place to relax at the end of the day. Good use of cabinets in the master bathroom and the first floor bathroom. The BBQ area and the shed are great additions to the house.

    Suggestions: You were actually over budget with this build. The total cost (gallery cost + lot cost) is over the 150,000 budget.

    @KitelDesigns
    vrRv23J.png
    The new lighter green siding looks great with the flagstone accents. The new roof helps give the home a more simple look. The large doorways with windows on the first floor help open up the space while each room still has its own designated area. Nice cool tones used in all the rooms give it a nice traditional feel. All of the bedrooms are beautifully decorated. Turning the basement into its own apartment is a good use of space. The sunroom is a wonderful addition to the home.

    Suggestions: Some items on the shelves throughout the house will help it not look so bare

    What a wonderful office! I like your ‘premise’/goals as stated for the layout and design of the living and office space. Clients in this business will appreciate the balance of warmth and professionalism. Using the lighted wave structure on the wall plus the vaulted ceiling/windows in the reception room/area is striking and impressive. The color palette in the office area is a great choice and well applied. I was delighted and impressed by the well-suited details (inside and out) of the office that you thought of. (As an aside… love that the business dumpster has been tagged!) I love that you used your own artwork on the lot (which, btw, if wonderful!), and most particularly that you made them a custom business law firm sign and other law-specific art! Also, the parking sign is so clever!

    Suggestions: There is significant flickering on the conference room’s white board. Some players get very put off by that, so perhaps keeping it to a minimum would be useful.

    Modern Beginnings is a very nice starter home for Ashleigh. The A frame provides a simple but modern exterior for a home. All of the large windows used throughout help provide tons of natural light and beautiful scenery. The bright wood paired with blue hues on the main floor help give the home a relaxed feel. The views from the second floor are amazing, and the floor feels super open and airy. There should be no lack of inspiration with that workspace. The bedroom continues the simple/ modern and relaxing theme. The covered deck by the pool is a nice touch and will provide some nice shade on hot days.

    Suggestions: The house has some nice continuity, but a little more splash of color here and there would fit the clients wants perfectly.

    @Zita1966z
    RNeTMCq.png
    Vibrant Interior is the perfect name for Ashleigh’s new home. All of the sharp lines on the exterior give it an ultra modern look. Good use of shelving and storage throughout the home. Placing extra chairs and couches and a spare bedroom will be nice for visitors or when the family grows. The bathroom looks super sleek and modern. The large windows in the gym help make the room feel larger. The covered pool/deck area is very nice and provides a nice place to relax year round.

    Suggestions: The gate along the right side seems a little off, placing a fence along the right side will help close the space off and give it a more finished look.

    @jazmi1396
    CgIdvuH.png
    Sunny Restart is a super creative new home. The roofing and bright flowers all over the exterior make the entire lot pop. The vines along the wall of the back terrace help make the area a little more private and cozy. There is a nice and creative use of space all throughout this house. Nice modern entertainment center in the living room. The windows into the pool for the office and bathroom are a nice touch. The wall of flowers in the bedroom is a lovely divider for the two parts of the room. The sunken patio is a great idea! It lets in plenty of natural light and gives sims a private place to get some fresh air.

    Suggestions: The use of color throughout the home was nice but sometimes it felt a bit overwhelming. Using the same few bright colors throughout paired with some more neutral colors will help them compliment each other instead of clashing.

    85 Raffia Quinta is a beautiful modern home for Ashleigh. The different textures and colors of the exterior give the home a unique modern feel and the angled yellow roof adds just that little bit extra. The color combination for the interior of the home is well done and your use of tool looks great for the pictures and hanging mugs. You have added so many nice little clutter details to really make this home feel warm and lived in. The highlight of the home for me is the beautiful big windows in the bedroom. Very well done!

    Suggestions: I would suggest adding terrain paint around the edges of your house and other high traffic outdoor areas. It really makes the build come alive. I also noticed that the plant in the entrance was poking through the stool, I’m not sure if that was intentional, just something to keep in mind.

    @xXQueenBeeXx
    vg4PxSZ.png
    Your tiered minimalist home is so creative! The exterior had a nice modern design, using the angled roof with the solar power shingles was a nice touch and the covered pool with the cactus garden above looks stunning! The layout of the home flows well and the soft colors that you have used for the interior create a nice sense of calm. The way you have designed the entry looks very nice and the view of the cactus garden from the bedroom is beautiful. Overall, you have built a very nice home.

    Suggestions: One thing I would suggest is adding railing to your stairs and, just for future reference, it is very helpful if you add a description to your slideshow pictures. It really helps the judges know what you were thinking.

    @ForeverTuesday
    uuNGmbB.png
    Bright days and blue days is a very nice modern home for Ashleigh. The Spanish touches on the exterior are a nice touch and you have done a wonderful job on the landscaping. The roof design is very creative and the large glass windows, skylights and fence look so nice together. The interior of the home is well done. The bright colors work well together and the layout is a nice design. All the plants and books that you have added make the house seem homey. Great idea to have a gym in the basement and it is nice that you even added a locker/bathroom. It is a beautiful home.

    Suggestions: I noticed that your basement pulled up the ground on the one side of the house. If you intended it to be that way it is fine, but if you want to level it out you can click on your basement room and lower it until the ground is flush. This will make your stair longer, but it fixes the funny foundation edge.

    Your architecture is great. I really like the greens and oranges on the 2nd floor. The built in shower/tub is a great idea. I like the patio and how you used the pool tool to create a little hot tub. Very creative! My only critique is that I would have liked to see more clutter on the surfaces of the nightstands, dining table and side tables. But it’s a beautiful build and you did a really good job on it.

    I really like the offices, reception and waiting areas, and kitchenette. I like that the kitchenette is a loft. It is a great idea and adds to the architectural value of the space. And the orange and blue colors work well together. I like your indoor planter box. It’s a clever idea and the green plants add a nice pop of color in the space. The walk in closet is great. Very pretty build overall with good layout, furnishings and decor.

    I really like how you used orange toned woods as accent walls. Your use of clutter such as wall art and plants is really great. The upstairs bathroom is really pretty. I really like the baskets you put under the sinks. I like the bookcases and framed papers in the office. I like how you mixed in some reds and blues with the oranges and blacks. It’s a really great build with good use of color, plants and art.

    Ashleigh will certainly find this modern home a breath of fresh air compared to living with the Goths! The color pallet is soft, soothing, and feminine while staying neutral enough to appeal to all. I love the various ‘Zen’-feel/style elements on the lot. The patio, Zen garden, and rooftop yoga area are a wonderful idea.
    There are many details in this lot that are very appropriate to this client’s personality and situation. I find this home lovely and refreshing with an open, airy feeling and flow.

    Suggestions: I know it’s a modern architectural trend, but I just really want to add a column (or a small wall/panel) section to that 2nd floor deck area! Lol! Yet at the same time having it without columns is edgy and interesting! I think I may prefer all one type or the other of the bamboo fencing on the Zen garden?

    Beautiful and colorful entry. Love the fun colors! Architecture is pretty. You followed the challenge really well and made sure to add a lot of pretty landscape. Great use of foundations to separate the pool from the outdoor seating area. Great thinking to separate the gym and exercise room. Love how roomy the exercise space is. Great use of accent walls to give the spaces a lot of character. My only critique is that the round, blue clock above a door in the living room bleeds into the ceiling. Don’t forget to use #9 and #0 to lower and raise pieces of wall decor. Other than that it’s a very good entry!

    Beautiful architecture. Love that the pool is front and center in the layout. Love that it is a decent sized pool for such a small lot. The landscape is pretty and you’ve used terrain paints well. Love the pretty pastel colors used in the interior. The combo gym and office is great; love the use of the space. I usually hide the fire alarm behind the fridge because I think it makes pictures of the kitchen prettier. Not a must but something I think many do and just thought I’d pass it along for you to consider. It’s a great entry and I really don’t have much in the way of critiques.

    Pretty architecture and great landscape. Love that the gym is right across from the pool. Love the yellows and blues used for the interiors. Love the bright walls in the office. Love that you added extra activities to the house like the chess table and easel. Love how you created the shower in the bathroom. Some of the rooms like the bathroom and kitchen are a little dark. Don’t forget that there’s invisible debug lights that work great to help you get the best pictures possible! I think you have to do “testingcheats true” and then “bb.showhiddenobjects” for the lights to appear as something you can add to your build. Hope this helps! Your build is beautiful and such a great entry!

    Pretty architecture. Love the different colors used in the different rooms but especially love the purple and yellow combination in the main living space. Great use of accent walls in the main living space and love the accent wall on the third floor landing. How creative to make the gym outside! Love the addition of a yoga space, too! Great use of decor and clutter, especially in the office space. I don’t really have anything to critique; it’s a really pretty and solid entry!

    Pretty architecture; love the skylight above the bed. Love the pretty, vibrant colors and patterns you used throughout the house. Especially love the kitchen colors; gorgeous tile backsplash that ties in all the colors you used. Love all the decor and clutter you used throughout. The gym has a great layout and is well decorated. The outdoor space with the pool is pretty. Love the use of different foundation sizes to break up the space. Love the colors in the bedroom. And love how you did floating shelves as a desk. However, I really would have liked to see the office have its own space rather than being in the bedroom. Half-walls would have even made a great way to separate sleep from work. But other than that, it is a really pretty entry!

    Beautiful build with very pretty landscape. Love the vibrant color palette you’ve used. Great use of decor and clutter. Wonderful furniture placement. Love how you used the wall to break up the large main living space. I would have liked to see you do this upstairs to add separation between the bedroom and office space. Love the gym. Has great decor and layout. Love the curtains in the bedroom/office, they really tie all the colors together. But the ones above the bed aren’t quite lined up. I know it is just because the game auto clicks them to the wall and doesn’t always do a very good job, but definitely keep this in mind and remember it can be adjusted with moveobjects and #9 and #0. Hope this helps. It really is a beautiful, vibrant build. It is a great entry!

    The architecture is pretty; love the placement of the pool and that it can be seen via windows in the dining room. Love the vibrant colors used throughout; especially in the main living area. Love how you divided the main living area and would have liked to see you use this upstairs in the bedroom to divide the bedroom from the office a little more. I like the outdoor yoga space but would have liked to see more gym equipment in this house. The pool area is amazing and has great views! It is a very beautiful entry!

    Love how you added to the story, explaining why Ashleigh chose to move to Oasis Springs. The architecture is beautiful and I love the water theme color palette you went with for the exterior. Love that the pool is front and center in the design. Love that the landscape goes around the deck and house. Great use of terrain paint, too. Great skylight. Love the interiors. Great colors and layout. Love the office and gym combo room. Great layout and colors. Love that you added a fish tank; perfect for water lovers. I don’t really have anything to critique. It’s a very pretty and thoughtful entry.

    Such a pretty, pink house. Love all the plants in the landscape, by the pool and on the deck. The interiors are pretty, well decorated and have a good layout. Love the gym; you packed a lot in such a small space and it’s great. Something I am not seeing in your build that was part of the challenge is an office space. And I would have liked to see some colorful tile as a backsplash in the kitchen, but other than these two things, I don’t have anything to critique. It’s a pretty entry with a beautiful landscape and great interiors.

    Ashleigh is really pretty. Love her colorful hair. It really matches her personality. Her outfits are colorful and fun, just like I would imagine they would be. I wish the link to your entry showed pictures of her enjoying her house. But she is beautiful and I do think she’ll love her new house!

    Love the purple gym! Great mural on the wall. It really makes the space fun and pretty and perfect for Ashleigh’s personality. I think she’ll love spending lots of time in this home gym working on her fitness. The lighting is great and I love the use of foundations. Love the purple yoga mat. It’s a great gym!

    It is a really pretty home gym and I am sure Ashleigh will enjoy spending lots of time in it! I love the layout and size of the gym. I do think it could have been more colorful with an accent wall, though. But I do like the pops of color in the decor. And I love the use of mirrors to make it look brighter and bigger. It is a great home gym and great room entry!

    Love the sunken living room with walkout full-wall slider walkout to the patio/pool area! You nailed the style and colors (both of autumn and of the Mid-Century Modern palette). This is so much like my grandma’s house style, including the kitchen/cabinets, furniture style, and brick exterior. Your use of level-variation textures (sunken/raised areas) is well executed and adds design and function interest. I also like the manner of layout flow in the home in this aspect.
    The 2nd floor exterior is also clever in the use of garage roof for a semi-private family patio/lounging/sunning area… and the use of the enlarged yoga mat to add the swirl that ends at the angled picnic table is simple yet striking design genius.

    Suggestions: I’m not remembering brick used much on interior main living areas, unless it was industrial (but I really don’t know, that period is when I was born… or even a bit before). Personally, I think switching out some of the interior brick walls with something like ‘Retro Lux’ or other paneling would fit well with the time-period?
