Greetings, fellow gamers. The name's KyrNolan ( (*) on Origin (*)) and I'm here to welcome you to Stubbornville's greatest tourist attraction/port of entry: the Nolan Recreation Center. Here, Sims come from various TS3 expansions to join the population of The Sims 4. Some may want to update their look, (or might not want to, but have no choice.) And those reasons are the very core to the existence of the Nolan Recreation Center!

Ok, that sounded really rehearsed and lame. Anyway, this little thread is where I'll post my own Sims as well as ones I consider (for the time) valid recreations of Sims that aren't initially included at the time. I wanted to have a way to promote them considering how much I liked them and thought they would work with others' games as well as my own. I do intend to include at least one Sim from every expansion, so it could take a while. Either way, I'll commit to the project as well as sharing my own creations in the process. If you like, please leave a request for a guest Sim to visit our fine communities! Please, limit your request to one sim or household that is possible with our current Sims 4 builds! Does that sound like a good tag line? I'm also lazy time-efficient and will to descriptions I posted on other threads because I can't fit it! Anyway, back to the main body of the thread!

All Sims under the original The Sims logos are the original creations of EA/Maxis Studios. Other Sims without previous games' comparison shots belong to other rightful owners. It is great that you have set up a showcase thread for your sims, and that you are recreating in sims 4 form sims from the sims 3 expansion packs. The sims that you have recreated look great! It is great that you have a picture of their sims 3 form and then your sims 4 sim. You have reflected them in your sims 4 form version very well! The simselfs of you and your twin are very nice! Great creatively written words and background details that you have written to accompany all your sims.
It is a great sims thread !

Her aspiration is Master Mixologist, and her traits are Cheerful, Art Lover and Good. Her Athletic wear is based on the uniform of the Bridgeport Sorts Zone, where my favorite sim met her. He eventually married her, after ridding himself of the dirty, dirty tramp Bianca Rubble.

Thanks for the input! The walk style was an oversight on my part, and I did correct that a few minutes after my first upload. She now has the Feminine walk. I'll look into the jaw thing, too.

As far as traits go, I went with Cheerful because Mooch and Coward aren't really a thing anymore. It just seemed like a good overall replacement with the emotion system. And she has always struck me as a pretty happy sort.

On second thought, I'm gonna have to let her fatty jawline stand. She sort of has this 1950s blonde bombshell thing going on, like Marilyn Monroe or Jayne Mansfield. I feel like a thinner jawline detracts from that sort of look.

If you want to take her and redesign her, feel free. I'm just stating my personal opinion on the matter.

No worries, mate. I like how it is, too. I distinctly remembering that many of the townies, including Olive, were missing traits and were never filled until you invite them to move in. Your setup seems quite appropriate.

Just an update from my end: I've spent some time with The Sims 3: Pets like I said I would and found two households that I liked and could recreate without animals. I've also identified two households from The Sims 3: Showtime to include in the next update. Quite a workload is coming!

Just on a side note: last night, I actually had a dream that I was checking on the status of this thread to find thousands of visits with every post praising my recreations from Erin all the way to Olive. But after every post of praise was another one or an edit, stating how everyone hated my recreation of me and how I shouldn't have even attempted it! I don't know why, but I woke up and just had to see for any updates. Luckily for me, I had Kittycattylion's recent post to bring me back. I don't know what this dream means, but I can take a hint that I might have to fix me or continue to improve the quality of my recreations. Any dream therapists around? No? Never mind, then.

Wow ! I love your recreations ! I wanted to suggest you the recreation of a sim called Gala Ball who lived in Twinbrook the city included with the Sims 3 Ambitions EP... It is one of my favorite sims (her cheekbones are so... unique !) so why not trying to make her !

Gala Ball, huh? Julienne always distracted me, so I never really noticed Gala. But with "unique cheekbones," it might be easy to spot, but a challenge to work on... I accept!

I disagree, of how negative ya'll think Bianca Rubble is, I for one know she is a most beautiful as my personal opinion, and I often had her join my sim family's household and heck I even allowed her brother Dwight be part of the sims I enjoy that Bridgeport offers including that butler Bertram Plunkett, he grew as his default look did as were earlier on I changed his hair, face, Persona and what he wears.

UPDATE COMPLETE! @Matpeng's request for Gala Ball with Buddy Bailey added on as a proper household! Thought the extra effort would make it right. The cheeks were rather outstanding but easy! (It was the profile that was beyond hard...)

@LordDarthSims I think Bianca was actually pretty nice but never really got a chance to hang out with her considering her household always wanted to interact with her. The only chances I had to hang out with her was when I was a human Investigator and our jobs aligned well. Bridgeport was full of some of the best sims I had a chance to play with; makes me want to try another human round there.
