    I'm curious if someone can simself me. I can't seem to do it and all males seem to start out with a weird square jaw lol.

      What I would recommend to you is to take a picture of face straight on on the side and do the same for you body. See if this help because it helped me a lot when I created myself in Sims 4 CAS.
