    Sorry for editing my comments frequently, in most cases I'm doing this due language issues (english isn't my native language, but I'm using english, because most used by people, with who I want to communicate).

    Try clicking Repair Game on Origin cause my Seasons EP was fully missing but with Repair Game it was back

    Have you added all the neighborhoods. Click on the icons top of the screen in neighborhood view to add then all. I made that mistake :D

    To get my towns back I pulled the whole Neighborhoods folder out, started up the game, and it forced it to regenerate a new Neighborhoods folder with all the towns included.
