You can. There are a couple plasma recipes (pancakes and cobbler), you just have to make sure you have plasma in the fridge/inventory to make them.

There are four dishes that you can prepare with Plasma Fruit.

Pancakes
Cobbler
Crepes, this comes with World Adventures
I can't remember the last one, but it might possibly be peanut butter and jelly. There is a fourth one though. I always have my vampire families eating meals.
