I saw someone post a picture of their The Sims Ultimate Collection in this forum, and in that picture I also saw The Sims Complete Collection.
I hate to ask, but could someone please post a picture of the
The Sims Complete Collection in their Origin Library under the My Games Tab. EA/Origin Help is asking me to provide this in order to get them to register my Sims 1 Double Deluxe. Apparently the code for The Sims and all it's counterparts has been removed from the help directory. So in order for them to register my game they need to reference an account with the game in it. I have been scouring this forum for ... ever and can't seem to locate the original picture I saw that prompted me to register my game. I am going to keep scouring, but after 50+ pages of threads, it suddenly dawned on me to just ask.

Anyways, here:

Sorry about that.
I don't think so. They were very specific because they need to reference the game in order to find the product code used to generate a registration key.

That's ok. The origin help chat yesterday failed twice. The first lady gave me another reg key for ts2uc and the second guy gave me a reg key for the sims carnival bumperblast (yep, it's actually a game).
I wish I new exactly what code they are looking for. Whether it's a MPN or UPC, and is it completely different for digital products as it is for physical. MPN and UPC are completely different from REG keys, I'm pretty sure the MPN and UPC are manufacturer codes to identify who made the products and what parts specifically they made, and digital REG keys are generated by the help employees when they enter a game code (MPN/UPC/or equivalent) into the system. But I didn't think to ask that when I was on the phone with them.

Will they put a digital copy on Origin like they did with TS2, if I give them my code?
I am not sure. I am trying because I saw a screenshot of the game in someones origin when they posted it showing their ts2uc downloading. This is what I'm trying to get done. If you have better luck than me, please let me know.
If all else fails, I typed up a letter to send to ea with my games. As per these instructions.
The screenshot I saw also had the "New" corner sticker meaning it was just added to their library. Trust me, I'm scouring for that screenshot.
ETA: The lady I just spoke to also agreed that the digital version will install and play better than the original discs I have because it is newer tech than the discs. The discs are rather outdated and most pc's won't even autorun them without a bunch of extra work on the players part.
