TS2 Ultimate Collection not downloading

I recently (7/27/14) received The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection in my Origin queue but whenever I click download it goes up to 100% downloaded and then immediately fails to download. I have uninstalled every Sims 2 game I've had and deleted folders (following the steps from EA's help website) but no matter what I do it just won't download. Does anyone know why this is happening?
