Lucky Simoleon Casino Free Items?

I found the Column, Wall Sculpture, Love Seat, Fountain, Barstool and Bar in the in-game store and grabbed those up a while back for free. But I have not been able to find the Window to Prosperity or the Lucky Simoleon Casino Sign. Are they no longer offered?
I'm saving my simpoints up for a new world, so won't be getting the casino right now, but I really like those windows.
