My 12 year old doesn't find it appealing in the least. I am sure she isn't the only 12 year old that would take a look at it and say, what is that mess.
So I am not sure who they were trying for.

    Sheep. :XD:

I have no clue. Mac doesn't seem to be made for that. I think they better for certain things, but I never had problem with art, filming, editing, etc...on a PC plus I don't have to worry about not getting games.

I guess I never understood the reason for buying a mac. I never owned one.

Because EA said that TS3 would work on Mac. Another EA lie.

Now move this to "Ideas and Feedback". And live on with the guilt of MURDER.

Joking about something like that is NOT okay. If you are joking, you lost a lot of respect.

If you are not joking, think about this,, it's a GAME! It is not worth a life.

All in all, not something to joke about.

    Agreed.

I'm not happy about the game either but throwing a hissy fit like this isn't helping anyone, least of all your reputation. And don't make light of suicide. I'm starting to think you and innuendo are just two sides of the same coin.

    Pguida,

Even though we have had differing ideas and conflicting opinions, I always had respect for you, even if you were being heavy-handed.

But today I have lost all respect for you. Making light of something as serious as taking your own life because of a game not meeting your expectations, when there are thousands and thousands of people around the world struggling with suicidal thoughts, is extremely insensitive and, dare I say, obscene.

If, for whatever reason, you are indeed struggling with these thoughts and looking for someone to connect to, to share these feelings with; there are charities and organisations out there that can help.

If not, stop and take a good, hard look at yourself and what you've become.

Take care, I'm done with this forum.

Not sure if you were serious, but here's how to get the Ultimate Collection (starting Wednesday)
    http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-get-the-sims-2-ultimate-collection/

Unfortunately that won't work for me, because I played the Mac port that was put out by Aspyr (and we never got most of the stuff packs or the last two EPs). I wish there was a way I could get it to play on my Windows partition just so I can try it out.

you can I did. I had bought the mac ports a few months ago and went through live chat when they announced the ultimate couple of days later bugged them again to get ultimate 8) very happy. I had just portioned my mac to windows 8 a couple of weeks ago. I get weird screen clipping but that's it and I don't trust myself messing with files. I booked marked one walkthrough to show my boyfriend to see if he can fix it.

some people aren't full gamers but own macs. I play only sims. I have had older pc my dad has built for me and such but my mom bought us macs when I really started using computers. They are great computers for the less tech savy. I can't stand pc s every time I use one I tend to break something and just ugh such a pain. mac is very easy to set things up. my worst issue was bootcamping and even that was very easy once I figured out how to format a external drive. I do really hate when people assume mac users try to do full on gaming some do my boyfriend tries to get me to eh :roll:but mac is a nice computer and for all the ipads, iphones the compatablity is extremely useful.

ps I know one word is extremely screwed up in spelling but too lazy :D

biggest mac glitch with sims 3 I ever had....was the darn horses! anybody else remember that whenever a horse would come in your sight or even if your sim saw one on the way to work and your camera was on another sim it froe everything and you couldn't make a horse in cas. I heard the only way to fix it was by putting snow leopard on your mac. It got fixed once I got a new laptop last year. by the way love 10!
