    Which careers give you celb status?

      That isn't a function of Movie Stuff, but of the expansion Late Night. And it isn't tied to career, but to courting the friendship of other, pre-existing, Celebrities. You can become a Celebrity in any profession, although social ones where you meet a lot of Sims are obviously better for this. Traits are probably a bigger consideration. Try Friendly and Charismatic to boost Celebrity status along.
