      I start my sophomore year the first. And our first football game is the 28th. I kind of want to start.. but then again, I don't.

      And I think I am going to have time to do the week 3 challenge. I go to my dad's house tomorrow, and hopefully I can get it done in time and have it look good. 8)

      I wish Im had a longer summer, even though I've had 12 weeks off this year.

      Hello everyone,

      I have at last uploaded my version of the week 3 house. I really did challenge myself this week. I never normally do modern as it is not my thing. I am actually pleased with this though.

      I am unsure of the time difference but it's nearly 10pm here so I'll post my judging now.

      If anymore entries appear I'll leave it to Aimee as she has final decision anyway.

      Here you go in traditional reverse order...

      It was a good effort but I found the roof a little odd and the home/landscaping a little too sparse.

      3rd place is Esperada

      The exterior is lovely, would like to more homely touches in the decor, mags, plants wtc but nice home especially for first try.

      You were only just pipped to the post, more personal taste. The home was very nicely done and gorgeous lanscaping. Would have liked some zoomed out pics of the rooms.

      Jas I love this house. The cool greens and modern lines really appealed to me. Lush landscaping and no beating that view. Congrats :mrgreen:

      Oh... the the judge up there, it says 10 pm PST...
      And I think that is the time zone by California.

      So, yay! I have time! :)

      Welcome back :) I may have to wait until tomorrow to view yours though as that will be around 1am for me I think, if you cut it fine. Looking forward to seeing it though.

      Yep you have time, I'm in the uk but 10pm pst here is after beddybyes time for me so posted early so I don't go to bed and forget.

      Aimee will not decide before 10pm PST and she has the final vote anyways. Will look back tomorrow and see yours.

      i went to vegas for the week and dident get back till the 13th or i woulda entered the week 3 contest . Was there ever a winner for the Haunted House contest ?

      Hi Joanna,

      Its fun and easy.

      Just go to page 1 and download the house for week 3. The rules are also on page one.

      Just decorate and post your link here. I find the easiest way to show your house is to take screenshots, upload them and put them together in a story (movies and more drop down above). Some people post theirs straight to this thread too.

      Can I use different windows than the original?

      Yes, I believe the only thing you cannot change are the walls, obviously you can redecorate them though.

      And I live in Seattle (Washington) so it is only 8:10 pm here. In the UK, do you use the twelve hour clock too, like the US? I know France uses the 24 hour clock, so I'm not sure :)

      Yeah not many entries this week! But that's okay. Unless anymore people enter before ten, Jasnik, you are the first place winner!

      i may submit my entry but it will be very late, furnitures already in place just editing the patterns... need more time too for landscaping... i joined 5 comp... 2 house design and 3 model comp, LOL

      Okay everyone, the winners are announced on page one, along with all the links to their creations.

      I loved all the unique houses this week. I actually furnished this house but I haven't gotten around to posting pictures yet!

      Now I am off to build the house for Week Four...I'm trying to think of something to make it unlike the rest of the houses, but I can't make it too big because then it just gets tedious to furnish and landscape.

      Hope for more entries for Week Four!

      I am glad you decided to share your pics with us, even though you were having problems. You did a nice job too.

      Its also good to see a couple of new simmers enter this week, lets see if we can get a few more.
