Lots missing from Studio and Exchange

"Your Exchange upload has been removed by The Sims 3 Web Team. Your upload may have been violating the site's Terms of Service"
I get this message when I click on the image from my page. The items were up and people were downloading the two lots, then they disappeared. I have no idea why. They were not complicated lots and I did not reinvent someone else's work. Could this be a different technical error? Please advise.

They were not up long enought for that process, they were up maybe a couple days, then disappeared...Tech Sup said it was a database issue that they could not fix.
