SimPoints, Wishlist and Studio not showing up

To make a long story shorter... my account was recently deactivated and reactivated due to a potential hacking concern. Ever since the reactivation my SimPoints, Wish List and Studio uploads are not showing up. I also cannot log in with the launcher - it seems to accept my info then just reverts back to 'Login' - no error message appears. As such, I can't currently upload anything to the Sims3 site and have a contest deadline coming up.

I followed up by email with the EA team that handles reactivation assuming that maybe something was not properly linked in the database background and they just responded that they can't help me with these concerns - not their responsibility.

Getting competent help from EA seems to be wistful thinking and is going to play a major factor in me continuing to send my money their way. Has anyone else had these multiple issues or has ideas what to do? I've tried logged in and out, cleared game caches and used different browsers but no luck.
