Steetcar Picture?

So I've been looking at this picture, and I'm trying to figure out what image is on the streetcar. To me it looks like a dinosaur jack-in-the-box. Just wanted to see what other people thought it was about.

Don't streetcars typically have wires along the top (cables)?

I thought the same when i first saw it, but there are tracks on the street that indicate it is a streetcar, trolley, tram... some kind of transportation. I just say streetcar because i don't know what it officially is. And it's on the street as opposed to the ground.

It's most likely a gator as New Orleans has swamps full of them. Perhaps it's advertising for a club?

I see a snake's tail, the head of a swan, and a panther. But that's just me. Really I don't care what is on the streetcar as long as it works and my sims can use it to move around the neighborhood.
