    Captin Birds-Eye Needs A New House Boat

    Captin, Shelly, Sandie and their pet Salty sea-dog.

    Their Traits and Fav's

    Captin : Adventurous,Brave,sailor,Angler,Lucky. Music;islands life. Food;fish & chips. Colour;blue.

    Selly: Adventurous,sailor,handy,natural cook,frugal. Music;islands life. food fish & chips. colour;white.

    Sandie; bookworm,dog person,natural cook,shmoozer. Music;geek rock. food peanut butter/jelly sandwich. colour lime.

    Salty sea Dog; nondestructive, likes swimming, loyal.

    This family cant wait to hit the high sea's. The only problem is their old House boat has become way to small and leeky to set sail.

    They have 90,000 to spend on the house boat of their dreams.
    it will require 1 master bed room and a bunk room for the kids as Shelly and Captin plan to adopt more childern and Dont forget Salty.

    They also require a HOME PORT where they can dock when its stormy and restock the HB with produce and fuel. They have 90,000 for this.


    RULES

    01; Be kind to all taking part in this competition.
    02; Please NO CC or Cap patterns.
    03; Only fresh creations may be entered.
    04; you may have two entries in each category.
    05; Store content is allowed and so is content from all EA worlds.
    06; Build cheats are allowed.
    07; You must play test to make sure theres NO Routing issues before uploading.
    08; Only 5 pictures per entry but you may provide a link to more.
    09; Make sure you fill out the exchage information.
    10; Special bonus for an entry thats free from store content.
    11; Have fun creating and good luck everyone.

    Categories

    Cat 1; house boat only. (budget 90,000)
    Cat 2; port-house only. (budget 90,000)
    Cat 3; port-house with house boat. (budget 180,000)


    Judging Criteria and Results Form

    MAXIUM of POINTS 100 To Be Earned.

    UPTO
    5 points for correct entry form information
    5 points for correctly filling out the exchange information
    10 points for the pictures
    10 points for style & creativity
    10 points for playability
    10 points for that special something (surprise me)
    20 points bonus for a creation thats game ep sp ONLY
    10 points for including upgrades and skill items
    10 points for port/house landscaping
    10 points for houseboat use abuilty

    Total points earned =
    Judges Comments ;


    Deductions and Disqualifications

    -3 for not filling in the entry form correctly.
    -3 for not filling in all the exchange info.
    -3 for every routing issue found when judges play.

    Entries will be Disqualifide if

    1; Any CC or Cap patterns are found.
    2; If theres to many routing issues therefore the entry is totally unable to play.
    3; Creater will be disqualifide if found re uplaoding another simmers creation as entry into this comp.
    4; you will disqualifide if you are rude or unkind to anyone in this comp.

      Oh! This sounds like fun. I'm kind of new to building ports, as I have just built some working ones about a month ago (but never uploaded), so it'll surely be a challenge. Plus, I've always wanted to build a boathouse. Consider me interested.
