Kindle App Crashing

After purchasing $7 for the Sims 3 kindle app I am so disappointed in its performance. Graphics are mediocre, there is not much challenge in playing, you can't have a family, and every time I try to go to town mode my game crashes. I tried emailing EA but I've received no response... had I'd known this I would have NEVER spent money. Buyers beware! :evil:
