Cold Creek Manor

Cold Creek Manor has been abandoned since over 100 years now. Want to know why? This is the history:
In the late 1800s this mansion was owned by Richard Butcher. He was a rich businessman who could not have been happier. He had a wonderful wife and two gorgeous children and he was about to become the major of town. But one day the whole family was found dead. They had been murdered with a hammer. Rumors say the gardener did it, but nobody knows for sure. Since then this mansion is haunted by those restless souls.

Cold Creek Manor Revamped

Finally a young man named Gordo Hellfire fell in love with this abandoned manor. He bought it and did a makeover of the outside and the yard. Have a look:

It is great that you have set up a showcase thread for your builds. Each of your builds are great! Our sims will enjoy visiting each of the lots. It is great that there are 63 different harvestables for our sims to enjoy harvesting at Golden Plant Park! It looks nice how you have done the greenhouses there. Very nice sunlit tides version of the Live, laugh and love set. It will be a special place for our sims to get married. Great exterior of St. Simmons Church and very nice furnishing of the interior. It looks nice how you have set up the pews for sims to sit on. All your builds are well designed , both in the exterior, the layout of the builds and the furnishing of the interior. I will enjoy visiting your thread and seeing your builds!

Your builds are wonderful! Looks like I have missed quite a few! Love all your commercial builds for Dragon Valley. Very charming! Also the spooky manor for Midnight Hollow looks great! Congratulations on Spooky Hollow Park being featured. It is a great place for our sims to have fun visiting! They will enjoy riding the roller coaster! Great design of the park and the roller coaster ride! The black and orange colours that you have used through the build look great. It looks great how you have placed the pumpkins through the build. The pattern on the roof topper looks great. Great furnishing of the interior of the buildings. It looks great how you have set up and recoloured the dining tables and chairs in the restaurant. Sims will enjoy having food from the spooky them buffet table. Sims will have fun playing the arcade games. It look great that you placed the skeletons in the shop area and the spider on the wall. Really wonderful builds, great designs.

I have bookmarked and rec'd several of them.

I spends hours building my own creations and then I see other builds and they always put mine to shame - but I am constantly looking for ideas (I don't think I have a very good imagination!) from much better builders than me and I love yours.

This is the right place to have some illicit nectar and play poker with strangers. It even comes with two guestrooms if your Sim is unable to ride the horse back home.

Best Western Resort is great . Sims will enjoy staying there. Great exterior of the building! Very nice pool area! It looks great how you have done the shape of the pools. The plants in the middle section of the pool area look nice. Sims will have fun using the archery items or riding the bulls on the bull riding item. Very nice wedding area. It looks very nice how you have set up the seats there for the wedding guests to sit on. . It looks very nice how you have surrounded the area with the red and white flowers. The torch lights on the sides of the carpet aisleway look nice. . The red carpet aisle looks very nice. Very nice lobby area. It looks great that you have the 2 flights of stairs. The pattern on the walls and on the floor mat near the front desk looks great. Very nice buffet area. It looks great hat you have placed the buffet tables along the sides of the walls for sims to serve themselves food from. Great pattern that you have used for the seats and curtains which suit the theme of the build. It looks great how you have set up the tables and chairs there and also in the bar. Sims will enjoy keeping fit and raising their athletic skill by using the various types of gym equipment that you have placed in the gym. Great games room for sims to have fun playing the various games. It looks great hat you have the walls of bookcases in the library. Sims will enjoy sitting o the seats that you have placed in the library, relax and read a book. The candle ceiling lights look nice. Great hidden casino and arcade game room! The pattern that you have used for the walls there looks nice. Nice furnishing of the VIP rooms. The patterns that you have used for the walls in these rooms looks nice.
The Longhorn Saloon is a great place for sims to visit for a drink , some food and entertainment. Great exterior of the saloon! It look great how you have done the front porch and upper balcony. The covered wagon and cactus at the front of the building looks great there. Nice furnishing of the interior. It looks great how you have set up the bar counter for sims to sit on the stools and have a drink or something to eat . Sims will like playing poker, dart and billiards at the saloon. It looks great how you have set up the tables and chairs for sims to watch other sims playing music on the stage area. It looks great how you have set up the stage, and have used the red curtains.
Both builds are great!
