My lot was featured but I didn't get a badge?

Hi there,

I have had two of my lots featured this year, this one in May...

I have seem lot so people with two or three featured member badges displayed which they can put on their my page avatar but I didn't get one for my second lot?

It isn't a major problem but I would like a second badge if I was supposed to get one?

I contacted EA and chatted to live support. I was told I should indeed have another badge but that they cannot do this, it has to be done by this site.

No reply? EA chat were adamant that I had to post here, they gave me the link to this forum and yet nobody replies?

Please respond and let me know why I did not get my featured member badge.
