cant purchase roaring heights-fixed

i went to purchase the gold version of roaring heights select it make sure it says use ea wallet but nothing to select. only option is to change bundle. i tried this on 3 different browsers. i have $45.00 in wallet is i have more then enough i even tried a smaller bundle still no option to complete purchase.
ok logged out then back in then changed purchase to cc then back to wallet and purchase button appeared.
