Can someone help me find a pose of a guy trying to kiss a girl and the girl blocking his kiss with her hand? Or something similar

Hmmm, if you don't have any luck, you can combine poses. For example, you can use pose three from this set for the girl:

And pose nine from this set for the guy:

http://mysims3poses.blogspot.com/2012/06/sets-1-2-loveset-by-haruko-mitsu.html

It doesn't exactly match what you're looking for but it may be a suitable alternate. Good luck!
