Glad you are back online!

I finally got the third Swedish House uploaded! Sorry it is late, but I had to get it done as it goes really nicely with the yellow and red ones I built already...I am considering a sage green one next if I have time over Christmas

This house is ideal for a growing family or a large family. With three generous bedrooms (1 master suite/1 twin kids room and a good sized nursery), 2 family bathrooms, a laundry room, games/skill area, open plan living and dining area with open fire and built in bookcases. The garden is extensively landscaped with a fishing pond and a cosy indoor sauna and hot tub. All appliances are upgraded and the garden was previously tended by a very keen gardener so the plants are all in perfect condition. No Custom Content.

Blue Swedish House is very nice.

Great exterior of the house, and very nice way you have done the outdoors areas! The way you have placed the flowers, trees and plants through the outdoors is very nice. Great way you have done the pathways from one area to another.. Very nice pond area. It looks great how you have placed the plants around the pond edges. Sims will enjoy fishing in the pond. Nice picnic table area for sim to enjoy sitting outdoors in very nice surroundings. Nice shade of blue that you have used for the exterior of the buildings. Nice separate building for sims to enjoy relaxing in the indoor hot tub or in the sauna. Great to have steps leading up into this building. Great upper balcony on the house. Very nice furnishing of the interior. Nice shade of blue that you have used in the master bedroom and the pattern you have used on the furnishings there is nice. Great corner sofa sitting corner area to relax or have a read with the light coming in from the window . The pot plant on the side table is a nice touch. Nice colour shades that you have used in the open kitchen, dining and living room area. It looks great how you have done the kitchen counters and used the half wall. The house picture and the hanging apron on the kitchen walls look homely. The blue ceiling light over the dining table looks nice. Nice shade of green and leaf pattern that you have used in the children's bedroom. The boat pattern in the nursery looks great for little sims to see. Great to have the rocking chair in the corner for parent sims to sit there and hold their little child in their arms. The mermaid on the wall of the children's bedroom and the rainbow on the nursery wall looks great . Great study desk area to do homework on, or use the computer and read a book.
It is a very nice home!

Yay! This is great and I love that I can add another Swedish house to the mix.

The sauna hut is awesome, my friend had one when we were growing up and me and my siblings were ever so jealous.

I can't wait to see what you come up with for a sage green one

Dippy totally rec'd it!!
It is soo sooo lovely,i decided to download it,even i donot have the store content and most of the ep/sp! I truely believe the game will replace them

Glad you like it, maybe check again...I think you have a few of those items now
