I am so sorry I went AWOL. I got locked out (more or less) of my EA account by some glitch and then I was super sick. Long story. But I have not forgotten you or Las Palomas ! (love the name!) I've got default overrides for you and of course I still want to finish the Frida Kahlo house It might take me a bit to get caught up, but fingers crossed my health holds, and I'll be back in business soon.
I'm really enjoying seeing all the great contributions to this world since I've been away! Very exciting, everyone
I should like if you can change it in Las Palomas Nilxis. Thankyou, and I hope you will have a little spare time to work in it now that Barcelona is going to be finished.

Nilxis, oh you asked about what else can be done a while ago I think. You could work on the marketplace if it's not finished yet. Why didn't I think of it sooner? :P There's something about a temple too and the historical monument?
Right now I'm quite busy with exams and I want to focus on Barcelona in the time I have to play the Sims, so I can place lots if someone builds new houses but during the next weeks I won't have much time

From memory, I think the marketplace's unfinished. I'm going to go through this thread and compile a list of things to be done I guess in another post.
Hopefully I didn't miss anything, when I was reading through the posts or else fumble it somehow. Some of the stuff here are the earliest ideas put forth in the Al Medina thread.
Las Palomas Tentative List
1. Finish the bazaar - Rugs, other props and aminovas's recolours will probably be added later. Update: The only unfinished part of the bazaar is the indoor market in the large blue building.
2. Place aminovas's recolours throughout the world.
3. Place Casa Azul in Las Palomas (joint project between Zach and aminovas). Not sure what will happen now. Maybe Nilxis can take over for Zach here as well??
4. Las Palomas has the following districts planned: the main market district, a coastal-focused fishing district with wealthy resorts on the beach & poorer areas outside the resorts and a lost Mayan Island, somewhat modeled after Xcaret. The coastal area will have an aquarium and seafood store.
5. Find a place for the port city??
6. Add ruins here and there?
7. Festive or grungy floats for Las Palomas? (a potential job for the team)
8. Finish Mayan pyramid. It has a temple with a dungeon in it (intended as a collaborative project).
9. Blue cenotes
We'll need our LP advisor's input of course. Hope this helps somehow!

what size is it? How many lots etc.
Is this world almost done? Or is it done?
Are you sure there are no CC in this world. As I know someone put some in, is it all out now.
I do not use CC, and many times some say there is no CC in their world and I have to delete the world in order to get the CC with attachment out.

The world is the biggest size possible and right now there are 43 lots, but there will be more lots because we still have to build new areas and do many things.
The world is completely CC free, we aren't using any CC object in the lots and CAW. I do use CC in my game but I always check my lots and worlds when I export them with Sims3pack cleaner, so we'll make sure that no CC is attached to this world Glad you like it!
