Recommend a World to Me: Seeking a bit of everything!

Does anybody know of a good world that fits this description?

* Not sci-fi, dark, or Las Vegas-looking (not thrilled with deserts); would rather it be green and have lots of trees and water. Historical or fantastical is especially nice.

* Has dive lots and splash-able beaches. This part's really important--I miss dive lots but really don't like how cramped Isla Paradiso feels and how hard it is to get around there.

* Lots of room to grow--normal-sized lots, plenty of larger lots (40x40 and up), 100ish lots total or more.

* Utilizes material from most if not all of the EPs/SPs up to ITF, which I'm not planning to purchase at all. No CC, but Store content is fine as I have a lot of it.

Anybody know of anything that fits? I'd sure appreciate a heads-up. Thanks in advance :)

A way to describe something that uses fantasy.

Thanks! I was thinking it meant Fantastic. . . that's pretty much how I'd have used it. :XD:

I will check that world out, thanks! It looks gorgeous!

And yes, "fantastical" -- like fairy, supernatural, Faire Folk, type environment. But dive lots are a must. :) I've tried making my own, and I don't seem to be able to figure it out, even when just placing a lot from IP!

ETA: Rflong, I am such a huge fangirl of yours. :)

LynxAQ made an expanded version of Sunset Valley and upgraded a few times up to Seasons.
He mentioned this summer he would make one final upgrade to it, though it hasn't happened yet. But the Season's version he does have is quite big and fits your description, except it's not updated for Isla Paradiso, yet (hoping). I've played the upgrades to this world for a couple years and it's pretty decent.
I don't know why he doesn't upload his world to the create a world forum. It would probably get more attention if he did.

Oh I used to love that SSV revision! I really hope he does update to IP. If I could only figure out how to get proper dive lots into my dang towns...

Have you looked at Rflong's Beach City?

It's a WIP (in third testing) and it has a bit of everything, including dive lots!

Storybrook County by MySimRealty is large world with a whimsical feel, yet still is realistic. The waterfalls and scenery is absolutely beautiful, and her personal touch can be found everywhere.
Updated to IP, with 3 dive lots as far as I know. My current favorite that's been released.

She also has Evansdale County, which is updated to IP as well. I think it has dive lots? Will check.
Evansdale County is a smaller map, but she has jam-packed as much as she possibly could to make up for it. Due to its smaller size, it may run smoother on less-able computers. She also included her own weather file, I believe.

There is also a world in the making over at a German forum called Moonlight Springs by ChrischenHL22:

Moonlight Springs is a very large world that is currently being updated for University/Island Paradise. The creator will come and go due to their schedule, but it's a gorgeous world! The forum is in German, however, so I suggest using Google Chrome to auto translate, or use a translate program. I'm not sure if the Google translate happens automatically on other browsers or not, sorry.
The photos start from about halfway down page 2--says "Neighborhood: Moonlight Springs"--in case you can't or don't want to translate the information.

    Found here: http://www.simforum.de/showthread.php?t=186712

I don't know if they will release it for the public, but I believe so. It does use pretty much every world up to Monte Vista, at least last I knew. Could have more. Not sure if it has store content or not.

    Hope this helps!
