Have they fixed this yet?

I've not yet updated for the patch as I'm waiting for NRaas/Twallan to update all mods correctly (and find bugs) for ITF (SP/Traveller/ET all needed updates beyond the patch).
So I'm wondering if they fixed the censor patch yet? It's not that I want it gone mind you, it's just that I like it the way it was...smaller and where it doesn't block everything out. At times the black blob can block the entire sim blocking the wonderful University Animations. I've posted about this before, but I keep hoping they will fix it. I'm hoping they have, and maybe I just didn't not it...but you know, it's EA, so I'm not holding my breath either.
Here is a picture from before wonky mess from IP. You note that the pixlated blocs were smaller and you could see the sim. The area of pixilation was also smaller and more flesh toned instead of the black globs of putridity you see now (or at least after the IP patches).
