Hallowness had a thread asking for them to start adding in the new terrain paints that come with the worlds, because they never do. They should give them to us in a patch. I do know that MrHawk has world terrain paints available, but he has not yet done the ones for MH.

The terrain paints have been extracted and you can find them in this thread (second post): http://forum.thesims3.com/jforum/posts/list/278761.page I believe there is a way to add them to the game but I don't know how to do that. I use them for CAW.
If they are already the right size perhaps you can just drop them into your source texture folder? I'm not sure because I've never done it. All the pieces of the jigsaw are there though.
