Cute little thing is a nice homely looking home with a title that suits it well.

Nice lemon shade you used for the exterior and the front porch looks great. A great place to sit on the rocking chairs there and relax. Nice way you have done the outdoors plants and flowers. The 2 pots of pink flowers at the start of the steps at the front are nice touches. The white picket fence suits the build. Great to have a fenced off fruit/vegie patch to harvest produce to cook up into tasty meals in the kitchen. The dog who lives there would be glad to have his own dog house to retreat to around the back. It looks great how you have placed the coat and hat stand in the front corner entrance to the home for sims to see as they enter the house, and in the other corner is the stroller ready to take the little sim out for a walk/ride in the sunshine. The pink flowers in the vase is a nice sight to see when the sims come home too. Great grey textures that you have used for the walls on the various rooms. The home décor picture on the wall near the dining table is a nice homely touch. The blue tiling of the kitchen wall looks great and suits well with the grey shades you have used for the rest of the house. The lemons and jugs look great for a family kitchen. It looks great the way you have done the angled shelves on the wall of the living room. Great comfrtable seats you have placed in the living room to relax and watch tv, read or listen to music. Having the rocking horse there makes it look much like a family home, where the whole family come together to play or relax. The dog who lives in your home looks very obedient bringing the newspaper inside with it in his mouth! It is great that you have the sims who have lived there in some of the pictures that you have posted of your home, both outside in the covershot and inside. Nice family picture of the 3 sims in the nursery. It looks great the way you have the photos of your sims on the wall behind the masterbed. Nice light filled sunny sunroom area for sims to enjoy looking outside and painting on the easel or creating some sculptures . The froggy dresser and wall chart looks great combined with the green curtains in the nursery . The soft blue heart wall pattern and the butterflies on the wall and on the mirror looks nice and calming for little sims in the nursery.

Thats an adorable build Kim. Love the color of it and the white fence around it. I like the garden too, makes it complete, but best of all, you built it on 18 Maywood Lane...one of my favorite lot in SV because it's next to the small park where I have a cafe built there too.
