Suggestion: Bring Back Medals

Now when The Sims 2 open for business came out it introduces a medal system. Which basically speaking is a 3 tier skill system. It was separate from the skill system and was basically on the side except for very specific activities.
Now what I am proposing is not for the exact same medals to reappear.
I think Medals would be great for minor skills. Such as Dancing, Pool, and any "skill" that doesn't get its own skill.
Since it always drove me a bit nuts when skills were absolutely hidden from you. Which they were because they weren't "Important fully fleshed out skills" so the medal system allows that transparency without the need to make "Dance" a skill onto itself.
